Paul Schmeding is a trial attorney who specializes in defending civil litigation. Paul’s practice focuses on automobile and trucking cases, premises and product liability, toxic torts, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and family law. Paul has investigated and provided liability analysis for hundreds of tractor trailer accidents. He has also briefed cases for the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

A former college athlete, Paul brings his competitive edge to the practice of Law, allowing him to aggressively and effectively represent his clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Paul moved to Virginia from Hawaii in 2012 to attend Regent University of Law where he was awarded the Academic Merit Scholarship. Paul graduated law school and was licensed by the Virginia State Bar in 2015. He lives in Virginia Beach and enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and his Beagle, Max.
