John Williamson is a trial attorney in the firm’s subrogation practice where he maximizes his clients’ recoveries through cost-effective litigation strategies. Having handled over 3,000 matters throughout the Courts of Virginia, the Eastern District of Virginia and arbitration, he has extensive experience in automobile, property, and product failure and defect losses. He counsels clients through various strategies to locate valid coverage and facilitates a recovery which saves time, increases the amount recovered, and decreases loss expenses.
In addition to his subrogation experience, John Williamson is the firm’s creditor’s rights and collections attorney, where he and his staff have over 40 years of combined experience working alongside clients in the journey of recovery and resolution. From charged off credit cards, installment loans, auto deficiencies, private student loans, and contracts, John Williamson has proven to effectively and efficiently obtain the highest dollar recovery for its clients making them as whole as possible through strategy and cost effective methods.
John Williamson also helps individuals seeking assistance resolving personal injury claims, consumer disputes, and traffic matters, including offering his time for pro bono work several times a year.
He has a wife, two kids, two dogs and lives in Southern Virginia Beach.
