In November 2016, attorney Jeffrey Partington successfully defended a disputed red light case in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.  Plaintiff presented testimony and video evidence of the light sequence at the intersection in question.  After deliberating for just 14 minutes, the jury returned their verdict for the defense.
